Why do we delist assets?
We periodically review our listed assets because we want to be sure that they meet the high standards we want to provide to our users. Some of the factors we consider for delisting are:
- User interest and engagement
- The commitment of the team or developer base to the project
- Trading volume and market liquidity
- Network or contract safety and stability
- Evidence of unethical behaviour or negligence
Waltonchain (WTC)
Our timeline for delisting Waltonchain (WTC):
- Deposits are closing on Friday the 1st of December 2023, 13:30 CET
- Buying and selling will be stopped on Tuesday the 5th of December 2023, 09:00 CET.
- Withdrawals to external platforms are available until Tuesday the 5th of December 2023, 09:00 CET.
- On the 8th of December 2023, 10:00 CET, we will convert your assets to EUR.
Please ensure that you withdraw your WTC balance in time or your balance will be converted to EUR. If you do not take any action, we will try our best to convert your balances at the best available market price but we cannot guarantee a specific spread from the prevailing market price.
Augur (REP)
Below you will find everything you need to know about the delisting:
- Deposits will be closed on Thursday, the 28th of September 2023, at 12:30 CEST
- Trading will be stopped on the 5th of October 2023, at 09:00 CEST.
- Withdrawals are available until the 21st of November 2023, 09:00 CEST.
Please be aware that you withdraw your REP balance in time. After the 21st of November 2023, balances will be converted to EUR and credited to your account. We will try our best to convert your balances at the best available market price but cannot guarantee a specific spread from the prevailing market price. If you don't want your balance to be converted, please withdraw before that date.

Our timeline for delisting VTC, MIR, and SRM
Below you will find everything you need to know about the delisting:
- Deposits are closed with immediate effect.
- Trading will be stopped on the 15th of August 2023, 09:00 CEST.
- Withdrawals are available until the 15th of November 2023, 09:00 CEST.
Please be aware that you withdraw your Vertcoin (VTC), Mirror Protocol (MIR), and/or Serum (SRM) balance in time. After November 15th, 2023, 09:00 CEST, these assets will be removed from your balance.
