Bitvavo will delist SelfKey (KEY) and Ren (REN) on December 16th
To ensure that the assets listed on our platform meet the high standards we aim to provide for our users, Bitvavo periodically reviews its listings. Based on the most recent review, the decision has been made to delist SelfKey (KEY) and Ren (REN).
Why is Bitvavo delisting these assets?
Bitvavo evaluates listed assets using the following criteria:
- User interest and engagement.
- The commitment of the team or developer base to the project.
- Trading volume and market liquidity.
- Network or contract safety and stability.
- Evidence of unethical behavior or negligence.
After careful consideration, the Bitvavo listing committee has decided to cease trading and delist SelfKey (KEY) and Ren (REN).
Bitvavo delisting timeline:
- Deposits close: Monday, December 16th, 10:00 CET.
- Buying and selling stops: Monday, December 16th, 13:00 CET.
- Withdrawals close: Monday, December 16th, 15:00 CET.
- Automatic conversion: December 24th or earlier, any remaining balances will be converted to EUR.
Withdraw to an external wallet
If you would like to retain your SelfKey (KEY) or Ren (REN), we recommend withdrawing your balance to an external wallet or exchange before Monday, December 16th, 15:00 CET.

If you do not withdraw your balance in time, Bitvavo will automatically convert your remaining SelfKey (KEY) or Ren (REN) holdings into EUR. These funds will then be credited to your Bitvavo account.
