Sometimes, depending on your email provider, it may take up to 10 minutes before receiving a confirmation email. If 10 minutes have expired and the email is not in your inbox, your email provider might have marked the confirmation email as spam. To check whether this is the case, follow the steps below:
First, check your spam/junk folder. If one of our messages is in this folder, mark our email as “no spam/junk”.
Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your list of email contacts or safe senders.
Some email providers automatically remove emails that have been marked as spam. By changing your email settings, a copy of your spam emails will be saved. Since changing these settings is different for each email provider, we would advise you to Google “How do I change my spam settings” alongside the name of your email provider.
Once you have changed your setting in accordance with one of the above points, you can go through the steps for which the confirmation email was required, whereby the mail will arrive this time.
If you still do not receive the confirmation email after completing the above steps, please contact our support department by emailing email@example.com.
