How do I verify my email address?

After filling in the details on the registration page, the entered email address must be verified before the account can be used. The steps of the verification process are described below:

1. After registration you will receive an email from Bitvavo at the entered email address to confirm your email address. The following page appears:

2. Then open your personal email inbox. Here you will find the verification email from Bitvavo (if the email does not arrive, you can consult this article). This email looks like this: 

3. After clicking on 'Confirm my email' you will be redirected to a Bitvavo page to confirm the email address. This page looks like this:

4. After clicking 'Confirm email' your email address has been confirmed and the following page will appear:

5. When you click 'Continue' you will be redirected to the login page of Bitvavo.

6. You can now log in.
