Please note: Bitvavo Support will never ask you to share your password or 2FA code, or request you to download external sign in software. If you do receive such a request, please contact us as soon as possible.

Live Chat

You can find our live chat in the lower-right corner of every page of our website. When you click on the icon, the live chat will open. Support through live chat is available on:

  • Business days: 09:00 - 17:00.
  • Saturday 10:00 - 18:00.
  • Sunday: closed.
Email

You can send an email to support@bitvavo.com. To answer your question in a satisfying manner as soon as possible, we kindly request you:

  1. To send the request with the email address you use to sign in on Bitvavo;
  2. To provide as much details regarding your question as possible;
  3. If possible, to send a screenshot of the transaction or page you have a question about.

Support by email is available on:

  • Business days: 09:00 - 22:00.
  • Saturday 10:00 - 18:00.
  • Sunday: 10:00 - 18:00
