I sent digital currency to the wrong address. How do I get them back?
Given the irreversible character of the blockchain, it is not possible to cancel a transaction once it is executed. Because of this, it is key to be extremely accurate when you send digital currency. Therefore it is recommended to always check if the address to which you are planning to send your digital currency to, is exactly the same address of the receiver and only then confirm the order. To avoid potential typing errors, please always copy and paste the wallet address.
If your digital currency are already transferred to a wrong wallet address, the only solution to get it back is to contact the receiving party and ask them to send your digital currency back. If you do not know the owner of the wallet address, there is (almost) nothing you can do to get your digital currency back.
