How to download your files
- Log in to the Bitvavo app on your mobile device.
- Tap on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select 'Transaction history'.
- Tap the Export button in the top-right corner.
A menu will appear where you can select the specific data you need:
- Balance statement: A PDF document showing your portfolio value. It reflects the value at the start and end of the selected year.
- Transaction history: A CSV file containing a list of all your trades, deposits, and withdrawals. You can choose the current year, previous years, or your full history.

Yes, your 'transaction history' is stored and accessible as long as you have access to your Bitvavo account. If you decide to close your account, you will lose access to these documents. We strongly recommend downloading your history and balance statements before closing your account.
