How do I change or cancel an open order?

To cancel or change an open order, follow these steps:

1. Open the Bitvavo app and log in with your account details.
2. In your EUR balance, you can see how much EUR value you have in an open buy order.
3. In "Open orders" you will find all of your open orders.
   
4. At the bottom of the overview, you can see how many open orders there are for an asset and open them. 
   
5. You can open and view the order details for each open order and cancel it by tapping the "Cancel order" button. 
   
6. Confirm the cancellation of the open order by tapping "Cancel order". 
   
7. Unfortunately, you cannot reverse the cancellation once you have confirmed it. You can submit a new order via our advanced panel or in the app. 
   

To cancel or change an open order you must go through the following steps:

1. Log in to your Bitvavo account.
2. Click on "Advanced" at the top of the screen.
   

   

3. Choose the market where you have placed the order on the top left side of the screen.
   

   

4. Under the trading chart, the open order will appear under the heading "Open Orders". You can also click on "All Markets" to view all open orders from all markets.
   

   

How to cancel an open order

1. Click the "X" next to an order to cancel it.
   

   

How to change an open order

1. Click on the edit icon to adjust the open order.
   

   

2. Change the quantity or price and click "Confirm".
