Your deposit address for ADA, XTZ, and XLM has been updated due to blockchain improvements. Always use your new address to make deposits into your Bitvavo account.

If you’ve saved your old address anywhere (like in an external wallet or app), make sure to replace it with your new one.

How to find your new deposit address

  1. Open the Bitvavo app.
  2. Tap on the asset you want to deposit: "Cardano", "Tezos", or "Stellar".
  3. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and select "Deposit".
  4. Your new deposit address will be shown.
  5. For Stellar (XLM): The "Memo" will also be shown and remains the same. Make sure to include it when sending XLM.

  2. Select "Cardano", "Tezos", or "Stellar" from your asset list.
  3. Go to the "Deposit" tab.
  4. Your new deposit address will be shown.
  5. For Stellar (XLM): The "Memo" remains the same and must still be included when sending XLM.
