Bitvavo is delisting SWEAT from our platform. If you currently hold SWEAT in your Bitvavo wallet, you need to be aware of the upcoming deadlines for deposits, trading, and withdrawals. Please review the timeline below to manage your assets before the final closure.

Delisting timeline

  • Deposits close: Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 13:00 CEST.
  • Buying and selling stops: Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 14:00 CEST.
  • Withdrawals close: Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 15:00 CEST.
  • Automatic conversion to EUR: Thursday, October 15, 2026, or earlier.
Warning: Do not attempt to deposit SWEAT after October 7, 2026, at 13:00 CEST, as your funds may be lost.

How to manage your SWEAT

Before the deadlines mentioned above, you can choose to sell your SWEAT for EUR or withdraw it to an external wallet.

  1. Open the Bitvavo app and tap on "SWEAT".
  2. To sell, tap "Sell", enter the amount, and confirm.
  3. To withdraw, tap "Withdraw", enter your external wallet address, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Web

  1. Log in to your Bitvavo account and click on "SWEAT" in your portfolio.
  2. To sell, use the "Sell" tab, enter the amount, and click "Sell".
  3. To withdraw, click "Withdraw", enter your external wallet address, and confirm the transaction.
Note: If you do not withdraw or sell your SWEAT before the deadlines, your remaining balance will be automatically converted to EUR on or before October 15, 2026.

What happens if I miss the withdrawal deadline?

If you still hold SWEAT after withdrawals close on October 7, 2026, at 15:00 CEST, Bitvavo will automatically convert your remaining tokens to EUR by October 15, 2026. The EUR value will be credited directly to your account.

Can I still trade SWEAT after deposits close?

Yes, you can continue to buy and sell SWEAT until 14:00 CEST on October 7, 2026. After this time, all trading will be disabled.
