For new users:
- During account creation, you will be prompted to provide the following:
- Country of residence
- Address (street and house number)
- Unit, floor, building, etc. (optional)
- Postcode
- City
- Tick the box to confirm that the provided address is your own.
- After you've confirmed your address, you can continue to identity verification.
For existing users:
- You will receive a pop-up on the app asking you to either add or confirm your address if it has not been done already.
- Follow the same steps as outlined for new users.
- After successfully confirming your residential address, you can proceed with using Bitvavo’s services.
Changing your address:
If you move or need to update your residential address, you can easily make this change through your profile page:
- Go to the personal details section on your app.
