I see a 'no-match' message. What should I do now?

The problem you are experiencing is caused by a small difference between the identity data at Litebit and the data we have at Bitvavo. Therefore, the system cannot find a match and you are getting this message. Please contact us on litebit@bitvavo.com stating your Litebit- and Bitvavo emailaddress.

Can I migrate a Litebit-account on a different name to my own Bitvavo-account?

No. It is not possible to migrate a Litebit account on name1 to the Bitvavo account on name2. It is only possible to transfer your Litebit credits to an account in your own name.

Why do I see a 'euro-in-lock' when I want to make a deposit?

Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to make a deposit and verify the bank account before funds have been migrated from the LiteBit account to your new Bitvavo account. Once the funds are credited to your Bitvavo account, you will be able to link a bank account by making a deposit.
