The campaign details and schedule are as follows:

Campaign period: September 10, 2026 at 12:00 CEST to October 10, 2026 at 23:59 CEST.

Total reward pool: 2,000,000 $LAPTOP.
Distribution: Verified rewards are typically credited to your account within three business days after opting in.

Eligibility requirements

To qualify for the $LAPTOP reward, you must meet the following criteria at the time of verification:

Have an active, verified personal Bitvavo account.
Have incurred qualifying cumulative losses exceeding €1,000 in TRUMP up to and including September 7, 2026.
Manually opt in to the campaign during the campaign period.
Not be classified as a wholesale client (such as a market maker, broker, or liquidity provider).

Bitvavo calculates your profit and loss (PnL) on TRUMP by evaluating your deposits, withdrawals, trading activity, and holdings to establish your total realized and unrealized PnL.

How to claim your $LAPTOP reward

Participation is voluntary and free of charge. You are not required to buy, trade, or hold any crypto-assets to opt in or receive the reward.

Log in to your Bitvavo account on web or mobile.
Navigate to the campaign notification or banner on your dashboard.
Select "Join now" to opt in.

Once your eligibility has been verified by Bitvavo, your $LAPTOP reward will be credited directly to your Bitvavo balance within three business days.

Tip: Participation is limited to one reward per verified customer and account. You must opt in before October 10, 2026 at 23:59 CEST to receive the reward.

Can I exchange my reward for cash or another asset?
