Resetting two-factor authentication (2FA)

If you experience problems accessing your account using 2FA which you are unable to solve, or if you have lost your mobile phone, you can recover your 2FA by clicking on this link: Reset 2FA.

After that you will have to:

  1. Enter your username and password.

  2. Click 'Disable 2FA'.

  3. Confirm the email you have received by clicking on the confirmation link.

  4. Enter the code you sent to you by text message.

Please note: Withdrawals of your digital currencies will be blocked for 7 days after resetting your 2FA.
