You can find your deposit address of a specific crypto in the Bitvavo app by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Bitvavo app.

  2. Tap the crypto you want to deposit. For example, Bitcoin.

  3. Tap the three dots in the top right corner.

  4. Select 'Deposit [crypto]'. In this example, we use BTC, so tap 'Deposit BTC'.

  5. Choose the correct network. Usually, only one network is available. Press 'Continue'.

  6. Read the notice confirming that deposits must be made via the specified network. Sending coins or tokens via a different network could result in their loss. Tap 'Understood'.

  7. You will now see your deposit address to send crypto to Bitvavo. Press the copy icon next to the address to copy it.

To find the deposit address for a specific crypto on the Bitvavo website, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Bitvavo account.

  2. Go to the crypto for which you want the deposit address and click on it.

  3. Click on ‘Deposit’ in the banner at the top of the page.

  4. Confirm the network by selecting the supported network and then pressing 'Next: View wallet address'. Ensure you are sending the crypto over the supported network.

    Deposits made with an unsupported network will result in the permanent loss of your crypto.

  5. The deposit address for this specific crypto will be displayed. You can copy it by pressing the button next to the address.

Please note: because cryptocurrencies can have their own network, they can have separate deposit addresses. For example, do not send Bitcoin to your Bitcoin Cash wallet, as this will result in losing your Bitcoin. Therefore always use the method above to deposit cryptocurrency to Bitvavo, and make sure that this is done on the correct network, with the correct crypto.
