Click on your name in the top right and go to 'Verification'.

Under 'Personal information,' you will see the 'Phone number' section.
Click on 'Add Phone Number.'

Next, we can start filling in the details.
To begin, select the country from which your phone number originates. -
Then enter your phone number, including the country code.
- Enter the password and click 'Continue'.

An SMS code will now be sent to the provided phone number. Click 'Continue' afterwards.

Enter the SMS code and click 'Continue' again.

Great! Your phone verification is now complete.

Why am I not receiving an SMS code?
If you are not receiving an SMS code, it is likely that your phone number is linked to another or an old Bitvavo account. If this is unfamiliar, please contact support@bitvavo.com to check.
Why am I getting an SMS stating that my phone number is in use?
You receive this message if your phone number is already linked to another Bitvavo account, making it unable to be linked again.
We kindly ask you to find out who added your phone number to their account and request them to make the necessary changes.
