Bitvavo processes your personal data to provide you with our services. Part of the requested data is required for regulatory purposes. For example, we ask you to identify yourself so that we can be sure that it is you who operates on our platform.

What rights do I have?
You have the following rights as a user of Bitvavo:
- the right of access (insight into the data we process about you);
- deletion and/or rectification of personal data (you can also rectify your data via your personal Bitvavo account);

- the right of data portability.
You can exercise your rights by contacting support@bitvavo.com. We may ask you to provide further information in order to determine your identity first, to ensure that we are communicating with the right person.
Bitvavo will respond to your request as quickly as possible, although this can take up to one month. If more time is required to complete your request, Bitvavo will let you know how much longer is needed and the reasons for the delay.
