Club Brugge promotion: win a trip to Naples

To celebrate, we're giving away an Away Experience for two to the UEFA Champions League match SSC Napoli vs Club Brugge on 8 December 2026 in Naples. New users who sign up through the Club Brugge partner link and complete verification before 22 November 2026 at 23:59 (CET) take part.
How to take part
- Age: You are 18 or older.
- Account: You create a new Bitvavo account through the official Club Brugge partner link.
- Verification: You complete identity and account verification before 22 November 2026 at 23:59 (CET).
The promotion runs from 12 October 2026 at 00:00 (CEST) to 22 November 2026 at 23:59 (CET). Once your account is verified, you are entered. No further action is needed.
The prize
One winner receives a trip for two (the winner and one guest), including:
- A return flight to and from Naples on Club Brugge's official team flight
- Two match tickets for SSC Napoli vs Club Brugge on 8 December 2026
- One night's accommodation, arranged by Club Brugge
Not included: travel to and from the flight's departure location, travel insurance, personal expenses, and extra guests, seats, tickets or upgrades. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another reward.
The draw and the winner
There is one draw, on or around 22 November 2026. All eligible entries are ranked at random and the first entry wins. We email the winner from events@bitvavo.com, at the email address linked to their Bitvavo account. The winner must reply within 24 hours. If they don't, the prize goes to the next person in the ranking.
The winner and guest must both be 18 or older and provide their personal details and a copy of a passport or ID card valid for travel to Italy, within the deadline we give. Tickets are personal and cannot be transferred.

No. Only new accounts created through the Club Brugge partner link can take part.
My verification isn't complete yet. Can I still take part?
Yes, as long as your verification is complete before 22 November 2026 at 23:59 (CET). Check the Bitvavo app or website for any outstanding steps.
Is the email from events@bitvavo.com genuine?
Yes. The winner email is sent from events@bitvavo.com only. Bitvavo will never ask for your password, your 2FA code or a payment to claim a prize. If you are unsure about an email, contact us before you reply.
What happens if the match is postponed or cancelled?
Bitvavo is not responsible for postponement or cancellation of the match due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another reward.
Who cannot take part?
Institutional clients, clients providing market-making or similar services, Bitvavo employees, employees of affiliated companies, and their immediate family members. Entries can also be excluded for multiple accounts, false information or other breaches of the terms.
