What happens after I request a crypto withdrawal?
When you request a crypto withdrawal, it goes through several phases. Sometimes, delays can happen during these phases.
-
Processing
We have received your withdrawal request and are processing it.
Sometimes, we perform an additional Compliance check to approve the withdrawal.Note: If a Compliance check is needed, processing may take longer. -
Submitting to the network
We submit your withdrawal to the blockchain network and wait for confirmation.
How long this takes depends on the congestion of the network. Sometimes, a transaction can remain stuck in the "mempool" (waiting room for transactions) for a while.Note: Unfortunately, we cannot speed up the confirmation process on the blockchain. -
Completed
Your transaction has been broadcast to the blockchain and should arrive in your external wallet soon.
The arrival time depends on the number of confirmations required by the receiving wallet.
