Follow the steps below to remove your account:

  1. Log in to your Bitvavo account.

  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner of your screen and navigate to "Settings".

  3. Scroll down to the bottom and click "Delete account".

  4. Enter your password for verification and click "Delete account" again.



  5. Confirm the account deletion via the email sent to your email address.
Please note: If you still have crypto or euros left in your account, you must first transfer your funds to your bank account and sell or withdraw your crypto to an external wallet before you can delete your account.
